This warranty can only be applied to a single smartwatch product (Duratech or Militrex).
You will receive unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection as well as one incident of theft or loss coverage every 12 months.
Each incident is subject to a $30 deductible amount.
You need to ship your damaged smartwatch to our warehouse to start the warranty claim unless it’s a theft or loss claim. To start the claim, contact us via email at support@ambieflo.com.
